I am writing this letter to say Thank You to the Farm Bureau of Alamance County and Thank You to First Call Cleaning and Restoration Inc. As you know recently my heating system messed up and the unit for a period of time, sent soot all throughout my home. Due to the fact that I was involved in my Sheriff’s Re-election Campaign and was always gone by 5 am each day and was not back home until late, and my wife was staying with her dying mother, neither of us noticed anything was wrong until early December.
After realizing what had happened, I contacted Farm Bureau of Alamance County and they immediately responded by sending an appraiser out to look at the damages. My entire home was messed up along with our clothing, curtains, and carpet. To say the least, this was devastating to my wife and I because of the timing of the disaster. The next thing I knew Farm Bureau had contacted Bill Stewart of First Call Cleaning and Restoration. Mr Stewart sent of of his Project Managers to handle the entire mess. I cannot say enough on how well the Project Manager handled the mess. The service that was rendered and the employees and the companies used by First Call was unbelievable. This huge headache was made very bearable by First Call. Also, during the restoration my wife’s mother passed away and one could not ask for any more compassion than what the employees possessed and showed to my Family. I know many times all you hear is bad, but I would like you and Farm Bureau to know how much I appreciate everything that was done in this case.
