Millions across the country are under stay-at-home orders. Being in the disaster restoration industry, we are considered an “essential service” during the Coronavirus pandemic. Why? Because the work we do can have a dramatic impact on your health and well-being.
We want you to know that we are here for you as we all face the challenges presented by the coronavirus. That’s why we continue to offer 24/7 emergency assistance. We also follow our normal office schedule of Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We also understand the importance of continuing to help our clients with issues such as broken water lines, mold, ruptured water heaters and other problems. Mold removal is of particular importance because now, more than ever, you’re spending more time in your home.
It’s important to realize that mold and other contaminants can hurt those with already weakened immune systems. This is why we believe restoration and remediation services are still a significant part of staying healthy.
What We Do to Keep You Safe
Safety of our customers and staff has always come first, and during these challenging times, they are even more vital.
Because of this, we’ve made some important changes to the way we do business. Our goal is to continue to provide you with the stellar, exceptional service while helping ensure that everyone stays healthy.
These changes include:
- We perform our initial evaluation using photos of damage or FaceTime.
- We review all Work Service Agreements over the phone and utilize electronic signatures.
- We always practice social distancing with our clients, which means no handshaking. As much as it hurts to say this, we can’t accept hugs from our clients at this time.
- We regularly disinfect our office space, common areas and our work vehicles.
- When working on your property, we use air scrubbers and containment barriers.
As always, we’ll be in communication with you. Our staff always wears PPE (personal protective equipment) any time they are at your business. In addition, we ensure that our work areas are contained, meaning that no contaminants will enter your work space.
